These terms govern your use of KernelHub, provided by iCloser Ltd., 1580 N Logan St, Suite 660 #30327, Denver, CO 80203, USA (“iCloser”, “we”). By installing or using KernelHub you agree to them.

1. What KernelHub is

KernelHub is a control plane for command-line coding agents. It runs on your own machine, drives a CLI agent you installed yourself, and gives you a remote screen to watch and approve what that agent does. It does not include a model and does not call one on your behalf.

2. Your machine, your responsibility

KernelHub executes on hardware you control, in workspaces you designate, under permissions you grant. You are responsible for what you authorise it to do and for having the right to do it in the repositories you point it at.

Permission tiers are a control, not a guarantee of outcome. Some CLI agents cannot enforce every tier on their command line; where that is the case KernelHub states it plainly, and it remains your decision whether to proceed.

3. Third-party coding agents

Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity (agy) and the other runtimes KernelHub can drive are separate products from separate providers. Your use of them is governed by their terms, their pricing and their privacy policies. We do not resell them and we make no representation about their behaviour.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use KernelHub to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• Do not use it to build or operate anything unlawful, or to circumvent another party's security controls.
• Do not attempt to disable, forge or bypass the permission contract in order to make it act outside what a user granted.

5. Availability

KernelHub v1.0.0 is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the hosted control plane. Because execution is local, an interruption of the hosted service does not put your code or your machine out of your reach.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KernelHub is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Code written or modified by a coding agent is your responsibility to review before you rely on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCloser is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising out of your use of KernelHub.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
